So after spending time at Moyo Waterfall (I dont know the waterfall name is...) we going to Satonda Island.
Satonda island famous by the lake was formed because the eruption of Tambora mountain. Until now the Tambora mountain is an active volcano mountain. And back to hundred years ago.. the massive explosion of Tambora caused the beautiful lake in Satonda island. Since these islands are very close each other.
Along the way to Satonda the view are totally sick! Tambora mountain and the savanna and the blue of sea. It just like the beautiful painting. The ship stop can not lean to the deck since there are many corals near the beach. They give us option, whether swimming to Satonda or using small boat that provided by the ship. We choose to swim and see beautiful corals around the Satonda.
After tired swimming we go to Satonda Lake. The lake view is ahmaaziing. And what's so special about Satonda Lake? Beside it was form Tambora eruption but also the lake is taste salty. Yep Salt Lake,
At the next day we go to Gili Laba or Gili Laba. During the sail.. all the time you will have eyegasm. The view, the savannah, the smell of ocean and your mind totally relax. Around 8am we went to hike to the top of Gili Laba. From the top of Gili Laba you can see the Komodo Island. And uniquely the island also shape like komodo.
Dont hold your breath during the hike. Enjoy it and pleasure your eyes with the beauty of Flores.

We spend couple hours on top of Gili Laba and took many pictures. And do the moment of silent to embrace what God already did to this nature. So perfectly.
After that we proceed to Pink Beach. Called Pink Beach because the sand has pink colour. The sand appears pink because it is a mixture of white sand and red sand, formed from pieces of Foraminifera. (wikipedia)
The underwater at Pink Beach has beauty corals, anemone and fishes. Too bad at this beach the visibility wasnt good.
When we finished snorkelling here we went to Komodo island on the evening. We were so excited when going to this island. Komodo National Park. The New Seven Wonder candidate from Indonesia. The Godzilla. Yes you name it and just cant wait.
Actually there are several option inside the Komodo National Park, long trek, medium trek and short trek. Many of us want to choose the long trek. But the official from Komodo National Park since it is already noon we can't do the long trek. The only option is short trek. Hffft. well okay.
Along the way we walking on short track we didnt met any Komodo. But we can see the deer, goat, cow and chicken. We thought we wont see any Komodo because until the trek is over we still met ANY!
But near the end of the walk we found one Komodo who walks under the house. A big komodo walking slowly. His tongue was smelling us. In this island the komodo are not aggressive. Because they get used to fed by the staff of National Park.
At the night as the last night we spend together we gather around and getting know to each other on the boat.
As tomorrow we will visit another island which habituate with komodo also but more wilder. Rinca Island. In this island the komodo are more easy to see but more dangerous. Since the island is more smaller than komodo island. Even when started to trekking we met a komodo and no longer afer that we found more komodos!! laying around under the house. Errr spooky.
I ask to the guardian they said one of them was bite last month. -_-
We went trekking higher on top of Rinca island and the view....... errrrr. Am out of breath!!!! totally breathtaking :3
