In The Middle of Vertigo and Period Cramp

I should attend a training today.. a training that I was waiting for and I really like the trainee. But this morning when I woke up my head felt super super heavy and my vision started blurry and spinned.

I have a low blood pressure prob. It was inherited from my mother and I had that also. I knew I have it so that's why I love eat protein and iron food. As a active person this problem hardly ever bother me. But when I super tired and late to take some food as the replenishment, my body will start shaking and feel cold. But weirdly it never comes when I am doing ultra running. Or maybe not yet.



So that's the intermezzo of today... I was loooking for writing for a while! Since I cant post any post with phone (blogger not support the new iOS... pffftt).

Well I dont really like this month. Heavy rain moost of the time and my running schedule not achieve any weekly mileage. I think I have to manage my time more better and run in any time whatever it is. 

I am planning to hit another road race and come back to full marathon. To be honest Am not sure I can as fast as old time, since I feel slower lately and the long run sometimes not meet the pace target. 2 months to go.. Build the base phase almost done. Next month will be more to intensity.

Anyway yesterday I was back to trail run and back to Sentul again. And seriously super super happy <3 <3 <3
this place never failed me
Turning my 30 years old I am in the making of gratitude list. And suprisingly sometimes it can be hard when you feel low. But when you remember all the list it can lifting up your mood again... :D
